Statutory Redressal Timelines
- Acknowledgment: Every grievance or privacy concern received is formally acknowledged with a unique tracking ticket within 24 to 48 hours.
- Resolution: The grievance will be investigated and disposed of within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Urgent Privacy Takedown: Requests regarding non-consensual imagery or impersonation are acted upon within 24 hours.
