Fair & Transparent Refund Policy

1. Digital Membership Plans

Because premium membership plans immediately grant instant digital access to contact reveals, unlimited messaging, and priority matchmaking features:

• Within 48 Hours: If you purchased a premium plan and have NOT viewed any contact details or initiated any chat conversations, you may request a 100% refund within 48 hours of purchase.
• Technical Faults: In the rare event of duplicate billing or payment gateway failures, full refunds are processed automatically.

2. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

• The member has utilized contact reveal credits or engaged in active communication.
• An account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use, fraud detection, or community guidelines.

3. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
